1. What Dealzoo does

Dealzoo:

• Lists deals posted by verified local businesses
• Allows users to claim a deal and receive a one time claim code
• Enables businesses to verify and redeem claim codes in store

Dealzoo does not sell products or services directly.

2. Role of businesses

• All deals are created and managed by individual businesses
• Businesses are responsible for honoring their listed deals
• Deal availability, stock, and service quality are entirely managed by the business
• Dealzoo does not guarantee availability beyond what the business states

3. Claim codes

• Claim codes are one time use only
• A redeemed claim code cannot be reused
• Claim codes expire when the deal expires
• Businesses have the final authority to verify and redeem a claim code

4. User responsibility

By using Dealzoo, users agree:

• To use claim codes honestly
• Not to misuse, copy, or attempt to reuse claim codes
• Not to hold Dealzoo responsible for disputes with businesses

5. Verification and moderation

• Every business is manually reviewed before going live
• Dealzoo reserves the right to hide deals or suspend businesses at any time
• Dealzoo may remove deals that receive reports or violate platform guidelines

6. Liability disclaimer

Dealzoo:

• Is a discovery and facilitation platform only
• Is not responsible for pricing disputes, service quality, or availability
• Is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from deal usage

7. Changes to the platform

Dealzoo may update features, terms, or availability at any time without prior notice.
